Little Armory M4A1 SOPMOD Block 2

For such a long name, the M4A1 SOPMOD Block 2 is essentially an M4A1 with a longer barrel rail to accommodate more accessories. The main draw of the M4 rifle is the modularity, and so I decided to make my own custom M4A1 using parts from Guns Accessory A. I used the short scope, small capacity magazine, foregrip, and bipod from the Guns Accessory A kit, shown below:

Because I already used the SOPMOD2 muzzle on my M249 Winter Soldier version, I built another one using spare parts from the Water Gun kit. I also used the spare suppressor from the SCAR-H kit. I painted the grip and buttstock with IDF Gray 3, the rails with copper, and the rest with german grey.

As a result of the customization, I was left with plenty of spare parts. These include the Elcan Specter DR optics, laser module, foregrip, torchlight, magazines, and a couple of iron sights.

The original SOPMOD 2 should have the same overall length with the M4A1, but my custom muzzle slightly increased its length.

The addition of the suppressor further elongates it.

Final word:
Like the real thing, this Little Armory SOPMOD Block 2 kit has plenty of room for customization. Even without the Guns Accessory A parts, there’s plenty of parts included to play around with.
Of the several M4A1 variants that I’ve got so far, I think this SOPMOD 2 version is one of my favorites. I’d recommend getting this one over the vanilla M4A1 kit.
